During your time on the market a potential buyer can look at hundreds of businesses so it is extremely important that we have enough information to capture their interest quickly and they have enough information to refer back to, show to their advisors and submit to their investment board and/or lenders.

In order to prepare your Advertisements and Information Memorandum, may we ask that you work through the following questionnaire as quickly and thoroughly as possible.

If necessary, we will then blur or replace any sensitive information however, we ask that you please provide the specifics in the Questionnaire for easy reference.

Some questions may appear “irrelevant” however we ask that you try to dig deep and find the angle for your business as these questions apply to almost all businesses. If the question is indeed irrelevant to your Business, please insert “N/A”.
