Well known, household name!
100% inbound or repeat work – every week you know exactly what you’re going to make!
Not a dollar spent on marketing or chasing new customers. Week after week, the owner continues to knock back new work, unless it’s easy money and pays well, and only services the existing clients who have been religiously on board for over 6 years (80% repeat). Pick and choose the work. There’s plenty to choose from!
Average working week 20hrs (mostly domestic with some medical clinics)
Fantastic work-life balance opportunity with home based office and ability to work around family life and school pick-up/drop-off.
Simplistic, low skill requirements with no prior experience necessary (full training provided)
All the hard work has already been done in building a reputable brand driven by 100% inbound leads, a brand that can win and hold onto a solid repeat client base in the face of cheaper competition, a brand that can afford to pick and choose the goods jobs, and a brand that can further scale upwards on the back of good systems and foundations.
This business can truly double or triple income without any marketing just by taking on more work that is currently being knocked back including Bond Cleaning, and Carpet Cleaning (both highly lucrative cash cows)! From there, you have good bones to add the cream on top!

Net Profit $60,000+++ working 20hrs per week (avg)
Asking $60,000 walk-in-walk-out
