My professional journey began at UBS Investment Bank where I worked for a Top 5 Global Investment Bank. Later, I owned and operated a successful fee-for-service financial planning firm on the Gold Coast while also running a mortgage broking company that settled millions of dollars in home, commercial, and equipment finance.

After selling my financial planning business, I concentrated on business coaching and was able to consult with a diverse range of business owner’s, across a variety industries, to grow their business and plan their exit strategy to maximise their sale potential.

My industry experience offers me an exceptional ability to understand financial modelling to maximise the financial lending capacity of a business for both sellers and buyers; and from a practical and financial perspective, particularly in the fields of engineering, industrial, and mechanical; I am powerfully equipped to prepare and sell your business for the highest possible price.

Amy Wan

Amy Wan

Amy started her property consultancy career in 2001 and worked with a very prominent real estate agency with over 500 branches across China.

During that time, she was based in Shenzhen China and was fortunately and repeatedly selected as the “best saleswoman of the year”.

Amy started her own Real Estate business in 2005 and had two branches in one suburb in Shenzhen with around 30 sales persons working for her. She successfully built up the business to being one of the major players in the area with annual turnover of approx. AUD$2million.

Her working philosophy is to nurture rapport with all her buyers and sellers and continuously connect with them even long after their related sales transactions are finished. Besides, she always likes to help them with non-business matters and treat them like her friends. As a result, she has successfully built up a network of connections with most of her businesses based on referrals.

Amy has a deep and well connected network within the Chinese community both locally and abroad and seems to magically find buyers for every business whether it’s for her own client or one of our other team members!

Henry Chow

Henry was the sole founder of CarrierNet Corporation which was merged into the Ariane Group in 2006 and listed on the Singapore Exchange. The Company was renamed as CarrietNet Global Limited in 2008.

Henry has completed transactions in many countries including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, USA, Indonesia, Philippines, Korea, Pakistan, Zambia, Nigeria, South Africa, India, Nepal, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Dubai, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Singapore and Thailand. The aggregate transaction size of all the deals that Henry has worked on exceeds US$100 million.

Henry has built strong relationships with a large number of relevant business people and organizations in many Asian countries. He has also developed an intimate understanding of how business is conducted in these countries.

From 2001 to 2010, he was then Chief Executive Director of CarrierNet where he led the products, sales, business development and commercial operations of the business. Through a successful merger and acquisition transaction, CarrierNet was renamed as CarrierNet Global Limited, listed on the CATALST board of the Singapore Stock Exchange in February 2008. Henry was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of CarrierNet Global Limited where he was primarily responsible for driving the Group’s vision, growth and profitability, and held a key role in executing the business plan, driving sales performance and building strategic alliances.

From 2011 onwards, Henry acts as the Chairman and Executive Director of Cacola International Furniture Limited which is a Singaporean Main Board listed company and he was responsible for charting and implementing new business strategies and setting an innovative direction for the future of the Group.

Henry has years of experience in capital markets, finance and information technology industries through his works at ANZ Bank, National Australia Bank, Hong Kong Telecom, Sterling Commerce, South China Group, Indonesian based PT. Atlasat Solusindo Group, CarrierNet Corporation Limited, Primax Investment and Capital Limited. Henry was one of the founding directors of the Indonesian PT. Atlasat Solusindo Group and he founded Hong Kong based CarrierNet Corp. Limited in 2001, a licensed telecom and IP based carrier offering discounted niche routes to global markets.

Henry graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Alex started as a business broker some 20 years ago. He has worked with major brokerages in South East Queensland during that time, as well as interstate. He holds Real Estate Licences in Queensland and Victoria and has a corporate background in IT and Telecommunications (IT&T) having owned and managed various IT&T firms. Alex is very professional and experienced in all areas of business and looks after South-East Queensland including Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Alex has sold and consulted in mergers and acquisitions in excess $90 million which included major Lighting Distribution Businesses, Large Electrical contracting Businesses, and Major Tyre Businesses.
