This sushi manufacturing business operates in a rented fish/chips kitchen at odd hours run by a team of Japanese experienced staff offering wide range of fresh, delicious sushi, everything from traditional sushi to vegan options.

It distributes to around 20 school tuck shops only on school days & its clientele is easily to be expanded.

The owner does the marketing, supplies management & administration of the operation supporting by 3-5 Japanese ladies working between 4-7 am making sushi, then 7-9 am deliveries to tuck shops. The biz only operates on school days so they work only 38 weeks pa.

Rent is paid $4000 per quarter to the fish/chips owner (inclusive) & the business can be operated in any kitchen. Staff paid hours is around 50/week ($25-28/hour) and the business takes in averaged $9000/week.
